We want you to feel empowered in your Hella Heels, so if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure soles are kept scratch-free by trying them on a carpeted surface.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Heels
Place the shoes back in their original Hella Heels box and protective dust bags, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for signs of wear, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
